Returns:

At Smiley Wines, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our business and the perishable nature of wine, we do not accept returns. We ensure that all our products undergo rigorous quality control measures to meet the highest standards before they are shipped to you.

Refunds:

As we do not accept returns, refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment purposes. Once confirmed, we will issue a refund or a replacement at our discretion.

  2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you promptly, or issue a refund if preferred.

  3. Cancellation of Orders: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. However, once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
